Studio 2/3 beds Bright, comfortable apartment of about 30 sq m, made up of a kitchenette, double bed and bathroom with shower.
The apartment also has a small equipped outdoor area where you can eat and relax, from the balcony you can enjoy a fantastic sea view. Apartment services: - kitchenette equipped with induction hob, microwave oven, fridge; Smart TV; hairdryer; vacuum; air conditioning/heating system with a fee; library with books for use by guests during their stay; small terrace overlooking the sea; parking space Residence services: - paid tennis court; use of the swimming pool from around mid-June to around mid-September; from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 Important Notes: - minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys, family welcome) - only small pets are allowed, with a supplement of 30.00 euros per animal - deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site - check-in in our Agency, from 16:00 to 19:30, after 20.00: supplement of 50.00 euros - air conditioning with a fee euro 10 per day
