We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Ancelle, this charming flat, located at the ground floor of the villa, with ski station accessible on foot, of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 800 m². We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is south and south-west facing and is composed as follows
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, a sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside :
- A private garden of about 800 m² facing South, South-West, very sunny with furniture (rustic wooden table, benches for 6 people, parasol, gas barbecue, grill and plancha, garden furniture, outdoor games) to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Ancelle, 1 km from the village, in a very pleasant, wooded and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities :
In winter: winter sports, dog sledding, ski joëring, snake gliss (a sledge train that winds along the slopes), snow tubbing (a race with snow buoys) or yooner (halfway between sledding and skiing), ice rink etc...
In summer: forest walks, horse riding, paragliding, mountain biking, fitness trail, beach volleyball, tennis, adventure trail, educational farms, nearby leisure centre, Serre-Ponçon lake (40mn), Saint Bonnet lake (20mn), canoeing, sailing... Golf at Col Bayard (20mn) etc...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus: regular service to Gap.
- Nearest train station: Gap train station is about 25 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport, about 2 hours away by car.
Other remarks:
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation, on request and for an extra charge of 15 €. At the time of departure, please pay attention to the cleaning.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by you or in supplement at the rate of 50 € (request and payment to be made with our partner on the spot).
- Bed linen and towels are not included.
