This charming 32 m² flat in the private courtyard of a house in Caen can accommodate 3 people.
It comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 200 m² garden.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - An 18 m² living room with TV, single sofa bed, armchair and dining area. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, filter coffee machine, etc. - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and a desk. - A shower room with shower and WC. Outside: - A beautiful 200 m² enclosed, south-facing garden with furniture. - A pétanque court with a boules set provided - A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally located in Caen, in a very pleasant environment within a residential area.
All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market and the Lux cinema (50 m away). Activities : Come and discover the city of Caen, the city of the Dukes of Normandy.
Classified as a Town of Art and History, despite the bombardments of June 1944 the town has managed to preserve its architectural heritage.
William the Conqueror's castle, the Abbey-aux-Hommes, the Abbey-aux-Dames, the Musée de Normandie and the many shows and concerts on offer in the town make up a rich cultural offering.
And let's not forget the Caen Memorial museum, a unique place to reflect on conflicts and peacekeeping. The "Le lux" cinema, just 2 steps from the accommodation, sometimes offers themed evenings and various events throughout the year. There is also a large green park 30 metres from the accommodation. Transport links : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat. Secure entrance hall with bike and motorbike sheds As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Caen station, 5 minutes' drive away. - Nearest airport: Caen airport, 20 minutes' drive away. We absolutely loved our stay at this property. From the friendliness of the hosts to the comfort of the apartment and the serenity of the garden, it was a truly wonderful experience.There's much more shade in the garden than shown in the photos, which made staying here in July that much more comfort...

Le Rethel "Merci pour ce séjour où nous avons été très bien accueillis.
Le logement est dans la cours d'un bâtiment, ce qui permet d'être très au calme. Notre chien a apprécié découvrir ce qu'était une tortue et de profiter de la cours avec le chien d'Olivier et Stéphanie !
