The Cocoonr agency is offering this beautiful, fully renovated 190 m² farmhouse for rent in Monterblanc, just 10 km from Vannes, which can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Nestled in peaceful, leafy surroundings, it is ideal for a holiday with family or friends, whilst exploring Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A lovely living area with a lounge, TV, board games and a wood-burning stove. - 1 study - A dining room seating 10 people - A fully equipped kitchen - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - One bedroom with two single beds - One bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet - A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer On the first floor: - 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190) - 1 bathroom with 1 bath - 1 separate toilet Outdoors: - A large landscaped garden covering over 1,500 m² - A south-facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue - A second terrace with garden furniture The house is set in pleasant, peaceful surroundings, surrounded by greenery, whilst still being close to Vannes.
It is an ideal base from which to explore the Gulf of Morbihan, its villages, beaches and numerous walking trails. Transport: - Vannes: approximately 10 km - Vannes railway station: about 10 minutes by car - Kicéo line no. 11 from Vannes - Nantes-Atlantique Airport: about 1 hour 15 minutes by car - A car is essential to make the most of your stay On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you get the most out of it. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information. Other notes: - There is a railway line near the house.
A few trains may pass by during the day, but they are infrequent. - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Washing machine and tumble dryer - Barbecue - Cot and high chair available. - 1 ceiling fan with light in the living room and 1 in one of the upstairs bedrooms. - An external contractor visits regularly, working independently, to collect the rubbish.
They may therefore visit during your stay. Optional self-check-in: Access to the property is available from 5.00 pm. Keys can be collected from a key box provided on site.

Logement très vaste et fonctionnel. Équipement et mobilier de qualité, aménagé avec goût.
L'espace de la maison a été très appréciable avec les enfants vue la météo déplorable du weekend 😊
(Petite remarque concernant la plaque de cuisson gaz : il n'était pas possible de la régler les feux au minimum).
Le vaste jardin est très certainement un bel atout par beau temps ! 😊

Belle demeure, située dans un endroit calme et paisible. Idéale pour se reposer sans bruit autour, et renouer avec la nature. C'est un très un bon lieu pour se ressourcer. Merci

Logement spacieux, agréable et bien équipé pour un séjour en famille dans un cadre reposant entre campagne et forêt.
Le descriptif de l'annonce est fidèle.
Un sapin décoré aurait été un plus pour un séjour à Noël.
