The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A lovely living area with a lounge, TV, board games and a wood-burning stove - 1 study - A dining room seating 10 people - A fully equipped kitchen - 2 bedrooms: 1 with a queen-size bed and 1 with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom with 1 shower - 1 separate toilet - A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer First floor: - 3 bedrooms: all with double beds (140x190) - 1 bathroom with 1 bath - 1 separate toilet Outside: A large landscaped garden covering over 1,500 m² A south-facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue A second terrace with garden furniture The house enjoys a pleasant, peaceful setting surrounded by greenery, whilst being close to Vannes.
It is an ideal base for exploring the Gulf of Morbihan, its villages, beaches and numerous walking trails. Transport: - Vannes: approximately 10 km - Vannes railway station: approximately 10 minutes by car - Kicéo bus route no. 11 from Vannes - Nantes-Atlantique Airport: approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by car - A car is essential to make the most of your stay Other notes: - There is a railway line near the house.

Belle longere avec de beaux volumes, ideale pour notre groupe de 10 adultes. Beaux extérieurs et à proximité de plusieurs lieux touristiques. Le passage des trains n'est qu'une faible nuisance sonore.Hébergement que nous recommandons.
