This charming 120 m² house in Plouër-sur-Rance can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has a lovely 55 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 750 m².
Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 55 m² living room with TV, stove (wood not provided), sofas, armchairs and dining area. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine with integrated grinder, etc. - A utility room. - Shower room. - Separate WC. - A utility room.
First floor: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite bathroom (shower, bath and WC). - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200).
Outside: - A beautiful enclosed, private 750 m² garden, separated from the house by a lane. - A south-facing 40 m² gravel terrace at the front of the house with furniture for enjoying the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, Weber griddle, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Plouër-sur-Rance, in very pleasant surroundings.
All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities : - Water sports on the banks of the River Rance, canoe and kayak hire, dinghy hire, windsurfing, sailing school... - Numerous golf courses nearby and footpaths, particularly along the Rance (greenway). - Cycling, tennis, horse riding, GR 34, fishing, towpath to Dinan... - Nearby events: Route du Rhum, Route du Rock, Quai des Bulles festival, Festival des étonnants voyageurs, Dinan ramparts festival.
Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park at the back of the house which can accommodate 1 vehicle or in front of the house which can accommodate 2 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Pleudihen station, 10 minutes' drive away. - Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport, 16 minutes' drive away.
Other information: - Free Wi-Fi available. - The stove is functional, but wood is not provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Maison très sympa avec un accueil personnel. Il y a tous qu'il faut pour cuisiner et profiter du jardins splendide.
Sur booking il n'était pas mentionné qu'il faut payer une caution de 500€ (au moment de payer la maison sur une site à part) et 18,50€ par personne pour les draps /serviettes. Aujourd'hui on ne demande plus ces surplus qui fausse /augmente le prix de location.

La décoration, la propreté, les équipements, la proximité de Dinan.
Les matelas trop mous. La proximité de l’exploitation de vache et odeur constante dans le jardin.
