Casa Grazia is a lovely holiday home for exclusive use that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The house is on one floor, with modern furnishings and exposed wooden beams, offering cosy and comfortable rooms.
The house consists of:
- a living area with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave; dishwasher, induction hob, espresso coffee machine, toaster.
From here, you can comfortably access the porch equipped for outdoor dining; - a double bedroom with TV; - a bathroom with a large shower. The house is equipped with air conditioning. Washing machine available. The rental price includes: fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance. The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival): final cleaning € 100,00; use of the sauna € 100,00 per entry (entry of 5 hours, to be agreed with the owner at the property); use of Finnish hot tub (heated with wood) € 100,00 per week; heating consumption; cost for charging electric vehicles via the charging station (on consumption with prices in effect at the time of the stay); extra cleaning; extra linen change.
Pets are not allowed. Schönes ruhiges Anwesen in hügeliger Landschaft.
Sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Vermieter-Familie empfangen. Schon zur Begrüßung gab es leckere Snacks und auch während des Aufenthalts wurden wir immer wieder mit selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten überrascht.
Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, für Ruhesuchende genau das Richtige.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Lorenzo en Luana. Er stonden hapjes, taart en een gekoelde fles Prosecco klaar. Er was ook van alles voorzien voor het ontbijt (toastbrood, choco, jam, koffie,...). Tijdens het verblijf kregen we ook nog een quiche (gebakken door de dochter) en fruit aangeboden. Lo...
