We are offering this charming Provençal villa for rent in the commune of Moissac-Bellevue.
Situated on the hillside just outside the village, it features a swimming pool, has a floor area of 160 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 65 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 6,000 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 65 m² living room with a TV, sofas, a period fireplace (decorative) and a dining area that can seat 8 guests. - A separate fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee machine… - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 3: two single beds. - A shower room - Separate toilet. Upstairs: - Bedroom 4: two single beds and private access to the balcony offering a panoramic view of the village of Moissac.
South-facing, not overlooked - A bathroom with a bath. - Separate toilet. Outdoors: - A staircase from the house leads to the 8m x 5m swimming pool (private, unheated), secured by a cover, an alarm and a fence.
Available for use from May to October, weather permitting. - Pool house with a fully equipped summer kitchen: oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher… - Separate toilet. - A beautiful 6,000 m² garden. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, fan, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The house is ideally situated in Moissac-Bellevue, an authentic hilltop village in Provence, in a very pleasant setting.
In the village nearby, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Nearby: - The Valensole Plateau and its lavender fields, 35 km away (45 minutes’ drive) - Quinson and the Lower Verdon Gorges, 15 km away (19 minutes by car) - Lake Esparon with water sports, 30 km away (39 minutes by car) - Truffle market in Aups, 6 km away (9 minutes’ drive) - Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, 34 km away (35 minutes’ drive) - Lake Sainte-Croix, 20 km away (35 minutes’ drive) - Draguignan, 35 km away (43 minutes’ drive) - The Verdon Gorges, 59 km away (1 hour 6 minutes by car) - Saint-Tropez, 83 km away (1 hour 34 minutes by car) - Marseille, 117 km away (1 hour 35 minutes by car) Activities: Fancy a bit of the great outdoors? This charming village will delight you with its location at the foot of the mountains and the beauty of its architecture. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park, in the large gravel area which can accommodate four vehicles, plus an additional space under the iron pergola. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Zou! bus service: All routes depart from Moissac-Bellevue, heading towards Régusse, Baudinard, Aups, Lorgues and Draguignan. - Nearest railway station: “Les Arcs - Draguignan’ station, 42 km away (48 minutes by car), and Aix-en-Provence station, 86 km away (1 hour 16 minutes by car). - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence Airport, 111 km away (1 hour 26 minutes by car). Superbe maison avec une superbe vue.
Maison fonctionnelle, problème au niveau de la piscine qui a une fuite et qui nécessite un remplissage journalier (ce qui n’est pas mon job).
Propreté limite au niveau pool house ( assiette et plat sale).

🙂 Het zwembad en de buitenkeuken.
🙁 De bedden. Bedden waren ofwel te kort, ofwel te smal en bij een bed paste de lattenbodem maar net.
Op de slaapkamer boven zou een groot tweepersoonsbed beter volstaan met daarbij een airconditioning. Dat past bij een dergelijke luxe villa. Het beddengoed en de handdoeken waren ook van matige kwaliteit."
