This modern apartment is located in a quiet spot on the edge of Kaprun, close to the Kitzsteinhorn and the Maiskogel ski area.
It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and cupboard space.
The bedroom sleeps 2 people comfortably, and there is additionally a double sofa bed in the living area, so there is potential for a maximum capacity of 4 people (max. 2 adults). The apartment is circa 43 m², the main entrance hall has all rooms leading off it, including the bathroom which has a walk-in corner shower, wash basin and a toilet in the same room. The apartment is quite well equipped, the bathroom has a fixed position hairdryer, the kitchen has facilities for cooking including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle are provided. The main living space is an open plan layout with kitchen, dining facilities and lounge area with direct access onto the balcony which faces out to the front of the property.
The apartment is on the second floor accessed via the stairs. The apartment has central heating to keep to warm in winter and has lots of openable windows for ventilation in the summer months. A private parking space at the property is available for use, directly at the building which makes it convenient for packing up and unpacking when you arrive by car or motorcycle. It is a short drive to the Kitzsteinhorn ski lift, and also to the Maiskogel ski lift. Zell am See is around 10km travelling by road. There is a ski room with boot dryer in the basement. You can reach the town of Kaprun with its Restaurants and Bars in less than 15 walking minutes. Bread service available. Ask for special deals for the Tauern Spa Kaprun.

Schoon en mooi appartement.
Goede parkeerplaatsen voor de deur.
Buiten stalling voor fietsen, binnen voor ski's en snowboards. Verwarming voor schoenen stond lekker lang aan, je kon je handschoenen er ook prima op drogen.
Geen verduisterende gordijnen in de woonkomer. Als je daar wilt slapen is het veel te licht. Laadpaal op het eigen terrein had een oude aansluiting die niet meer van deze tijd is. Dus als vaste kabel door de eigenaar vervangen wordt is het perfect (laden kan ook bij de lift van de gletsjer).

Die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und wir hatten genug Platz für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Genug Platz für Kleidung und es gibt einen Abstellraum. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, bis auf den Backofen (konnten ihn nicht bedienen). Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

This is the second year we have stayed there. And we will come back again. The location es perfect, close to Kaprun but not in the middle of it. It is close to the bus stop, the ski lift and many walking/trekking trails.
The customer service is great. They are attentive and quick to react when you contact them.
And the view from the balcony is really nice!
