Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned studio – fitted with a ceiling fan – for rent in the town of Marseillan, just an 8-minute walk from the sea. It measures 25 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living area, a fitted kitchen, a mezzanine, a shower room and a loggia.
We’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living area with a TV and a double sofa bed. - An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: a microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob and filter coffee machine... - A mezzanine with two single beds and a fan. - A shower room with shower and toilet. Outside: - A private, numbered parking space – uncovered and unenclosed – within the residential complex, which is secured by an automated gate. Neighbourhood: The flat is ideally situated in Marseillan-Plage, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Nearby: - Marseillan-Plage Tourist Office, 400 m away. - Agde, 6 km away (12 minutes’ drive). - Marseillan, 7.3 km away (13 minutes’ drive). - Sète, 19.5 km away (29 minutes by car). - Béziers, 31.7 km away (36 minutes by car). - Montpellier, 72.3 km away (1 hour by car). L'excellence de l'accueil, l'ėquipement et la propreté du logement.
Petit detail très peu important : les dėjections des oiseaux sur la voiture à l'emplacement du parking.Mais, j'aurais pu changer de place si j'avais vu cela plus tôt 😂

Good location. Five minutes-walk to the beach. Kitchen is well equipped.
Linen and towels are not included in the price. This was not clearly stated when I decided to book - only mentioned in the "fine print". No Wifi. Check-in was frustrating because the arrangements were not clearly communicated.
