We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-François in Guadeloupe, this charming air-conditioned flat with swimming pool, with a surface of 56 m ² being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 35 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, two shower rooms and a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and coffee table.
- An open kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A shower room on the ground floor with shower and WC.
- A mezzanine bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200) and an adjoining shower room with shower and WC.
Exterior:
- A 37 m² corner balcony with furniture to enjoy the nice days and appreciate outdoor meals.
Common area of the residence:
- A swimming pool (shared, unheated) of 600 m² open all year round.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
