This charming 40 m² flat with mountain views is less than a kilometre from the lake and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 20 m² garden and terrace.

The ground-floor flat is composed as follows: - A bright, south-east-facing 25 m² living room with TV, DTT, DVD player, hi-fi system, armchairs, double sofa bed and extending table. - Open-plan kitchenette with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, induction hob, 6 place dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, etc. - A 2-bedroom with 1 double bunk bed and a double bed (140×190). - Shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine. - Separate WC. Outside: - An enclosed garden with a south-east-facing terrace, mountain views and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Embrun, 3 km from the town centre, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.

Nous avons été accueillis par Laurence, une dame très dynamique et agréable.
L’appartement est lumineux, bien agencé avec une vue sur les montagnes.
L’endroit est dans une impasse, au calme.
On y reviendra.
Krásné, snad se nám podaří se ještě někdy vrátit.

🙂 Krásný výhled, čistý a dobře vybavený apartmán. Klidné, tiché místo. Nic nám nechybělo.
Možná u spodní postele by mohla být tvrdší matrace. Ale není to nic zásadního.
