Comfortable 43 sqm studio apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor (step at the entrance) of a typical Ligurian building in the historic center of Sanremo.
It is located a few steps from the casino and via Matteotti, with its bars, the heart of the city's shopping and home to the Ariston Theater.
At about 5 minutes on foot you will find the beach and the bicycle lane.
The apartment has a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine with sleeping area. The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table, desk, smart tv and split A / C. - KITCHEN CORNER with double sink, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, blender, moka. - LOFT WITH SLEEPING AREA with double bed. - BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet and wc. OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, independent heating, A/C, hairdryer, washing machine (under the mezzatine), clothesline and iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: Please note the presence of stairs inside the apartment to go up to the mezzanine, which is NOT separated by a door, therefore the sleeping area is visible from the living room. Via Costiglioli, where the apartment is located, is an entirely area but it is possible to park free (NOT guaranteed) in the main street (Corso degli Inglesi), about 20 meters away. The location is certainly what makes the property interesting about 150m from the famous Casino of Sanremo.
The street is a typical Ligurian staircase that connects the city center to Corso degli Inglesi. The Ariston theater is located 600 meters away and can be reached in 7 minutes along pedestrian streets only.
At about 400m there is the Mercato Annonario (fruit, vegetable, meat, fish) open every morning and around which, on Tuesday and Saturday mornings, the market takes place with outdoor stalls selling products of all kinds. The sea, with beaches of different types: sand, pebbles, cliffs, is less than 500m away as is the splendid cycle path. Although Sanremo is a seaside town in less than half an hour by car you can reach an altitude of 1300 meters at the top of Monte Bignone, from which you can enjoy a splendid view that sweeps from the coast, including the French one, to the Maritime Alps. -If you are traveling by car, you can park in piazza San Bernardo and continue on foot along via Costiglioli where the house is located. -By bus, we are 8 min from the bus station. - The Sanremo railway station is about 1 km away, the station It is possible to move easily on foot as everything is nearby. Sehr schöne und sehr saubere wohnung, genau wie auf den bildern. Sehr zehntral. Einkaufsläden, ariston theater, casino, restaurants, markt und meer n nur wenigen gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen. Host war sehr freundlich. Schnelle kommunikation via whatsup.

Très agréable hôte, toujours disponible si nécessaire. L’appartement est très joliment décoré, équipé, soigné, dans un environnement calme et tout était accessible à pied. Parfait pour quelques jours de détente et de visite !
