Opening out onto the garden, it is very light and airy.
Located on the ground floor, it has a floor area of 65 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a large living area, a lounge, a dining room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, a separate toilet and an enclosed garden.
Hotel-quality 4* bed linen is provided, with the beds made up on your arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A bright living area with a lounge area featuring a double sofa bed and a TV - An open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker… - A dining area with a table and chairs - Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140x190) - A shower room - A separate toilet Outside: - Terrace and enclosed garden with outdoor furniture For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine… The flat is ideally situated in Dinard, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the two private parking spaces As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo station, approximately 19 minutes’ drive away (11.8 km) - Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, approximately 1 hour’s drive away (78.4 km) On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. Further information: - This flat has Wi-Fi - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel-standard bed linen provided, with the beds made up on your arrival. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem, der Garten sehr schön mit der Holzterasse und den Loungemöbdln. Toll, zum in der Sonne zu frühstücken. Sehr praktisch der Parkplatz!
Der Wochenmarkt ist um die Ecke. Die Lage generell super.
Die Lampen im Wohn-Essbereich sind recht grell und ungemütlich zumSitzen

Très bel appartement, calme, décoré avec goût. Bonne literie, bon équipement de la cuisine. Bien situé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement qui est dans une résidence récente et moderne très bien placée à Dinard (centre ville, marché et plage à pied).
Seul point négatif : une odeur de canalisations récurrente dans la salle de bains.
