We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Barcelonnette, this charming house of a surface of 90 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers (adults, not adapted for the children). It is composed of a pretty living room of 30 m ² (with fireplace), of a kitchen equipped, of two beautiful rooms, a shower-room and you will be able to benefit from a garden of approximately 100 m ² as well as from a terrace. Wifi, we are waiting for you !
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, fireplace (functional), sofa and armchairs.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... and a dining area for 4 guests.
- Two bedrooms, one of which is upstairs, each with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 100 m² facing South.
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
- A garage for one vehicle and the possibility of parking up to 3 vehicles in front of the house.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, gas barbecue, clothes line, ironing board and iron.
The area:
The house is ideally located in Barcelonnette, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Nearby:
- Enchastrayes located at 6 km (10 minutes by car).
- Pra Loup 11 km (16 minutes by car).
- Lac de Serre-Ponçon 47.9 km away (50 minutes by car).
Activities :
- Tourist sites: discover the fortified heritage of the Ubaye valley, the Abriès mill...
- Sporting activities: Hike along the GR 56, discover the 800 km of marked trails and the hundred or so summits available to you, go climbing, fishing, mountain biking, go to horse riding centres, air sports, white water sports...
- Cultural visits: the valley museum (la Sapinière)...
- Events: Latin-Mexican festivals.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage or in front of the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Gap train station located at 66.7 km (1h09 by car).
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur airport at 151 km (2h59 by car)

- This accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years old. Thank you for your understanding.

- The fireplace is functional, wood is available at an additional cost.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by the tenant. Thank you for leaving the house in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. An end of stay cleaning package is available at 90€ (it does not include: emptying of the bins, the fridge, cleaning of the dishes).

Logement entour point conforme à sa description et aux photos. Calme , bien exposé, spacieux et très bien équipé.Accès à pied au centre de Barcelonnette, à ses commerces et son marché.Un propriétaire accueillant, disponible et bon conseiller pour des activités dans la vallée qu’il connaît très bien. Merci Philippe et Stéphanie !Je recommande cette location sans la moindre hésitation .

Chalet très propre, confortable et cosy; bien agencé et très bien équipé. La terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur la montagne est très agréable. Quartier calme, tout en étant proche du centre de Barcelonette.
