We are offering this charming house for rent in the picturesque neighbourhood of Mesnil Val in Criel-sur-Mer, with sea views and access to the beach less than 100 metres away.
With a floor area of 180 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 300 m² with a terrace.

The property is laid out as follows: On the first floor: - A 35 m² living room with a wood-burning stove, a sofa, armchairs and a dining area - A fitted open-plan kitchen including: an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and Nespresso and Senseo pod machines... - Bedroom 1: two single beds (90×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) - A shower room - Separate toilet On the 2nd floor: - An open-plan living room with TV - Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190) and a desk - Bedroom 4: master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom In the basement: - A garage fitted with a large-capacity freezer and space to park one vehicle Outside: - A beautiful, fenced garden secured by a gate, covering approximately 300 m², which enjoys exposure to all sides - A 20 m² terrace, facing south and west, situated on the first floor of the house.
Ideal for enjoying sunny days with a sea view, it can be furnished with a bench and two armchairs provided, to be brought out when the weather permits. - One parking space for one vehicle on the property For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: tumble dryer, washing machine in the basement, cot, parasol, ironing board and iron. The neighbourhood: The house is ideally situated in Mesnil Val, in a very quiet and pleasant setting with access to the sea just 100 metres away.

Die wunderbare Aussicht von der Terasse auf das Meer
Küche incl. Küchenutensilien waren zum Teil sehr dreckig. Die Fenster innen im Wohnbereich waren sehr dreckig. Für die Terasse müsste sich der Vermieter eine Lösung für geeigneten Wind- und Sonnenschutz einfallen lassen.

Maison spacieuse, jardin clos et proximité des falaises.Petit bémol pour les lits enfants dans les chambres au 1er niveau et la TV qui se trouve à l'étage et non dans l'espace de vie.
