Accommodation description
This penthouse de luxe is located in the small village of Pichl, in the middle of the ski and holiday region of Lungau, between the well-known holiday resorts of Mauterndorf and Mariapfarr. This area is also known for its picturesque landscape and as one of the sunniest regions in Austria
Pure relaxation can be found in the private sauna/wellness room, where you can completely unwind after an active day in the mountains. In summer, there are countless opportunities in Salzburg's Lungau to get out and about in the beautiful countryside, such as cycling or hiking. All this in a fantastically beautiful mountain landscape with numerous mountain lakes, the right place to relax! As a winter sports enthusiast, you have plenty of choice here! The Mauterndorf ski area Grosseck-Speiereck is nearby. It is child-friendly, but with 50 kilometres of slopes it also offers enough and has not yet been discovered by mass tourism! For more of a challenge, the Aineck Katschberg ski area is a 15-minute drive away. Here you will find 16 lifts and 70 km of slopes of all levels of difficulty. The longest run is the A1 with a length of 5.6 kilometres and a difference in altitude of 1,100 metres. Within 20 minutes by car you are at the lifts of Obertauern, in an area that was recently declared the snowiest and most snow-sure area in Austria. With a wide range of leisure activities such as skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing or walks in the snow in winter or hiking, mountain biking, golfing and much more in summer, Mariapfarr has a lot to offer for young and old!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
Includes a mandatory mobility levy. This entitles you to the Guest Mobility Ticket for unlimited travel on regional public transport.

Dit is de 4e maal achtereenvolgens dat wij onze herfstvakantie door hebben gebracht in dit fantastische appartement en hoogstwaarschijnlijk zal het hier niet bij blijven. Het voelt als thuiskomen, je komt werkelijk tot rust. Schoon, supernetjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Met een geweldige service, mocht er toch iets tekort schieten. Een dikke aanrader!!

Es hat alles Super geklappt mit der Buchung und Betreuung vor Ort. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Beanstandung mit der Waschmaschine wurde noch während unserer Urlaubszeit instandgesetzt. Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Klasse gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft sehr schön eingerichtet. Dieses mal gab es auch eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee. Das Appartment ist sehr ruhig gelegen und zum Ort Maria Pfarr ist es nicht sehr weit zu Fuß.
