The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 54 m² flat for rent in Draguignan, which can accommodate 2 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (stairs), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, a dining area, armchairs, storage space and a screen behind which are two single beds joined together to make a double bed (can be separated into two single beds if required).
- An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including electric kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, filter coffee maker, etc.
- A shower room with WC.
Outside:
- A shared garden on an unenclosed part of the estate with views over the vineyards. Part of the garden is reserved and shared for this loft, as is a second area with furniture for enjoying the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

- The loft is located in a renovated farm building on a small wine estate.
- The estate is on the edge of town, 1.5 km from the twice-weekly market square, 600 m from the media library and 800 m from the 5-screen CGR cinema complex.
- The estate is located between the sea and the mountains, 33 km from the beaches of Fréjus, 50 km from Saint-Tropez and 70 km from the Gorges du Verdon.
- The small shopping centre of Les Héllènes with pharmacy, bakery, Intermarché and newsagent is 1 km from the accommodation.
- The media library is 600 m away, with a cafeteria, as is the Draguignan conservatoire with a concert hall. The media library offers activities for children and a book and DVD lending bank.
Private parking is available for 1 vehicle outside within the property.
