This charming 3-star house, with sea views from the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, is located 400 metres from the beach in Carantec. It measures 100 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely living room, a fully renovated fitted kitchen, for beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,800 m². Wifi included, bed linen and towels extra. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with sofas, decorative fireplace and dining area.
- A separate TV lounge.
- A fully renovated kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and chest of drawers
- Bedroom 2: double bed (160×190) convertible into 2 single beds and a single bed, closet and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: single bed
- Bedroom 4: double sofa-bed
- Ground-floor bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: ironing board and iron, cot, shopping trolley.
By reserving this house, you will benefit from the following facilities during your stay:
- a beautiful garden of 1,800 m² with different exposures, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- a private parking at the back of the property outside which can accommodate three vehicles.

The house is ideally located in Carantec the jewel of the bay of Morlaix, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy 500 meters from all the essential shops but also stores, restaurants, bars, market ...

- Kelenn beach located at 1,9 km (5 minutes by car).
- Golf of Carantec located at 1,8 m (4 minutes by car).
- Pointe de Penn al Lann located at 3 km (7 minutes by car).
- Saint Pol de Léon located at 9,9 km (12 minutes by car).
- Roscoff located at 17,4 km (201 minutes by car).
- Plougoulm located at 14,6 km (16 minutes by car).

- Bus: in summer, shuttles are available to the traffic of Carantec from the center of the village. Connection from the village to join the station of Morlaix. Free summer shuttle every 15 minutes to reach the beaches and shops (see dates and times at the tourist office).
Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels included (double bed package: 25€ single bed package: 20€)
