We are offering this charming flat for rent in Savines-le-Lac, with views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and less than a kilometre from the beach.
It measures 42 m² and can accommodate up to six guests.
Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony with unobstructed views of Lake Serre-Ponçon. Résidence bien située dans une impasse calme et proche de toutes commodités. La plage se situe à quelques minutes à pied. Parking privé affecté à l'appartement très apprécié surtout en pleine saison.
