The whole house smells damp and musty including the cupboards and drawers. The roof garden was good The beds were clean and comfortable but the whole house needs a good cleaning from top to bottom . The backyard was filthy and there was old dog faeces near the barbecue we did not go out there . It did not spoil our week but I would not go there again .

The garage and the roof terrace are really useful benefits. Very well kept. Nowhere other than roof terrace to sit down to eat as a family. Steep walk down to town like much of Looe but all via road/path not steps so easier to do for some people. Good communication from the owners too.
