Their house, The Old Vicarage was built in the 1870s in the rural hamlet of Farlow and is surrounded by breathtaking countryside, situated on the edge of the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
On arrival, you will usually be greeted by your hosts Clare and Chris McKnight who live in the Old Vicarage across the courtyard. In a very peaceful setting, it is the ideal base for a relaxing break.

There is also a microwave and everything you may need to prepare your holiday meals. Just outside, there is a small setting area, which is the perfect sun trap for your evening G&T!
An oak staircase leads from the kitchen up to the bright and spacious first-floor living room with skylights and a window offering splendid evening sunset views over the valley. Here you can relax, and make use of the smart TV, selection of DVDs, magazines, books, or games and puzzles provided.
Also on the first floor is the welcoming double bedroom. The standard double bed is made with of freshly laundered and pressed, pure cotton bed linen, with bedside tables and reading lamps along with other personal touches to make your stay more comfortable.
The bathroom is situated downstairs and has been recently refitted to a very high standard, with a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Natural Faith in Nature hand soap and shower gel are provided along with sustainable eco-friendly toilet rolls from "Bumboo".
Clare and Chris keep chickens and bees, and grow their own fruit, flowers, and vegetables so you will find a selection of home produce to welcome you. Perfect for a leisurely breakfast or cup of tea, there are always flowers from the garden on the kitchen table to brighten up your home away from home.
