Despite notices we had to be careful with open stairs with the grandchildren, low ceiling near dining room/downstairs shower room and steep step in en-suite bedroom. The welcome cream tea was lovely. The highlight for the children was watching the trains go over the viaduct. Location was good.

Lovely location. Nice sized property for our group of 9. Some kitchen equipment a bit old and a bit of DIY and TLC would make this place wonderful. Its just a bit tired , but lovely!!!
