This very stylish first-floor apartment enjoys an elevated position with unrivalled sea views, less than half a mile from Dawlish town centre.
Positioned next to the owner’s home seperately accessed via an internal staircase.
It is a superb base for a couple wanting to explore this charming town and the wonderful coast of Devon.
