The only constructive feedback I can give is that the beds are in need of replacing. All the divan bases creak and the mattresses are sagging.
With new beds I would not be able to find fault with the property and would give it 10/10.
With new beds I would rebook in a heartbeat.

We were very happy with our stay in December. The house was lovely and warm and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the lounge and dining area for a large family.
The house is in a quiet close with private parking for two cars and only a few minutes walk to a variety of shops and a bus stop.

Property very comfortable and very well equipped. Garden beautiful.
Plenty of information about the property, the appliances and the surrounding area. Found the information folder with what to see and do in the area very helpful. Also found the visitors book had some top tips although forgot to write in there myself.
