This cottage is situated in the village of Falmouth, Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size double, a 4' double, a twin, and a shower room, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a lounge with mock gas fire, a kitchen with dining area, and a utility. Fibre wifi. TV in main bedroom and TV in the lounge. The lounge TV is Smart, with netflix, iplayer apps etc. Guests would need their own app log in details and please do log out before departure.To the outside is off-road parking for three cars, and an enclosed rear garden with lawn and decked area and garden seating. 2 Pets welcome. Located in a beautiful setting within a short walk of Swanpool Beach and a few minutes’ drive of the attractions of this much-loved seaside resort, Phenests is a homely retreat in a relaxing part of England.

A very clean, comfortable and well equipped quiet holiday home with access to a range of walks close by. Sunny rear garden and patio to enjoy when the sun shines but cosy warm house when the sun doesn't show.

Uninspiring location but great for seeing our daughter who’s at university at Falmouth.
The twin and single room smelt very musty/damp on arrival. There were lightbulbs missing in rooms.
On the plus side , the garden was lovely, the unity area was incredibly useful and the house was good size overall.

Beautiful place,well situated,lovely beach nice neighbours,back garden really good the dog really enjoyed it.
Only downside shower rail that holds the handset is broken
