The apartment sleeps seven people in four comfortable bedrooms, with a stunning en suite shower room and a family bathroom. Enjoy use of a comfortable lounge, as well as an open plan kitchen/dining room with a door that leads out to the pool and gardens. Residents of ‘The Salcombe’ apartments have exclusive use of a seasonal outdoor heated pool, communal gardens, mooring and a private parking space per flat.
The Salcombe residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is normally available from 29th April to late September each year (subject to change). PLEASE NOTE LARGE PICK UP TRUCKS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIT INTO THE SALCOMBE PARKING SPACESThis property does not accept Short Breaks.Please note there are steps within the property.Allocated parking space for ONE car only.
