The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 110 m² holiday home for rent in Pleudihen-sur-Rance, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
This property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, nestled in a small fishing village on the banks of the Rance maritime and in the heart of a protected area.
It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with a built-in fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,400 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with a fireplace, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190), desk, TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190), desk and TV
- Bedroom 3: with two double beds (140x190) and a TV
- A bathroom with a bath, toilet and bidet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide: a barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- The outdoor areas are entirely for the exclusive use of guests; they cover 1,400 m² and consist of a large landscaped courtyard and an enclosed garden featuring a rose garden and shaded areas.
- The south-facing terrace, measuring approximately 15m², is situated directly in front of the house’s entrance; it is sheltered by a pergola with a polycarbonate roof.
The garden is enclosed separately from the landscaped courtyard, which is accessed via an automatic gate.
The house is ideally situated in Pleudihen-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant setting.
The tranquillity and charm of a small hamlet that has remained virtually unchanged since its founding in the 18th century.
Its old-world charm remains intact.
You can go for walks straight out onto the coastal path along the banks of the Rance, watch the boats sailing by in the distance and, at certain times of year, admire the old red-sailed ships. - The magnificent medieval town of Dinan is about 10 km away. - Saint-Malo, Dinard and Cancale are all around 20 kilometres away. - Mont-Saint-Michel is 40 km away. - A beach is 3 km away on the Rance estuary. - A full range of water sports are available along the coast, with an astonishing number and variety of beaches, from the largest to the most secluded, tucked away in a cove… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property, at the far end of the landscaped area.
There are three parking spaces available: one in a three-sided garage for a low-profile vehicle, and two outdoor spaces for larger vehicles. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Dol-de-Bretagne and Saint-Malo railway stations are 20 km away - Rennes Airport is 60 km away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - The fireplace is in working order; firewood can be provided at an additional cost. - It is forbidden to park motorhomes or caravans, or to pitch tents in Impasse des Vanniers or anywhere on the property. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation (maximum of two), subject to an additional charge of €25 per pet. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff.
