Located in a quiet area, this air-conditioned villa is arranged on one level: large air-conditioned and bright living room of 35m² with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area with connected TV with Netflix access, 3 non-air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 of which have TV (160x200) (160x200) (160x200), shower room, separate toilet.
Mosquito nets in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
For your exclusive use: private and shaded terrace with blind, fully enclosed 150m² garden, parking and garage for bicycles (on request).

Gîte très bien situé, permettant de rayonner dans toute la région si riche en patrimoine, paysages et dégustations de bons produits. Parfaitement aménagé et agréable.Hôtesse charmante. Une très belle semaine. De belles découvertes aussi.
