Comfortable studio apartment of approximately 40 sqm, accommodating up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building.
The property is located in Riomaggiore, one of the renowned towns of the Cinque Terre in Liguria, in a charming setting with plenty of amenities.
The beach and train station are easily reached in just over 10 minutes on foot. The accommodation consists of a single room with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and clothesline. PLEASE NOTE: - The apartment is located in an area accessible only by steps. - If you are traveling by car, the nearest paid parking lot is located approximately 300 meters from the apartment. - The apartment does not have a washing machine. This area is characterized by the presence of five ancient seaside villages of rare beauty overlooking the sea: Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore.
A regional train service connects the 5 villages with an average frequency of 3 trains per hour. The property is located in Riomaggiore, a village dating back to the 7th century, just 5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the station.
Among the main attractions of the village, it is worth mentioning "La Via dell'Amore", a path that connects Riomaggiore to Manarola, famous for its enchanting and unforgettable views; the church of San Giovanni Battista, in neo-Gothic style, built in 1340; and the Castle of Riomaggiore, built in 1260, which stands on the mountain spur that separates the oldest part from the village built near the station and enjoys a wonderful view. A mini-bus service allows you to reach the Marina. To better visit the Cinque Terre, we recommend purchasing the "Cinque Terre Card" (which also allows access to the trains that connect the five villages). From Pisa San Giusto Airport, the property is a 1-hour and 20-minute drive (98 km). Alternatively, you can take the Pisa Mover shuttle service from the airport to Pisa train station, where you can take the regional train to La Spezia Centrale train station.
From there, you can take the train to Riomaggiore train station, about a 10-minute walk from the property. From La Spezia Centrale train station, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train to Riomaggiore train station, about a 10-minute walk uphill from the property. If you're traveling by car, it's NOT possible to reach the house directly.

It was a relaxing and clean stay and our host Lucio was very helpful and kind.

Room was very spacious and comfortable, I liked the kitchenette and coffee machine and the view!
There were quite a few ants getting into our room and a couple millipedes even with all the windows closed. The walk up to the house was very difficult, especially with our luggage.
Very good place and good location. Nicely equipped and updated.

It had everything that we needed for our short stay and was nicely updated. The AC worked well and kept us cool during the hot days.
The AC dripped water but there was a bucket. The noise from the water dripping only bothered us slightly at night.

The stay is clean and modern. There's no ocean view, but you have a beautiful view of Riomaggiore. We took lemons from a nearby lemon tree.
