The flat is located on the 6th floor of a seven-storey building in a prestigious holiday residence with security service.
The studio also has a balcony with a view of the sea, the mountains and the medieval village. The balcony is equipped with a folding table and two chairs.
The studio consists of an entrance hall with a wardrobe/wardrobe and a single bed and a living room with a kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner electric cooker, oven, blender, toaster, refrigerator and dishwasher. The living/sleeping area of the studio offers a dining area with a table and four chairs, a TV with DVD player and a radio. There is also a double bed (140 cm wide) and a sofa bed for one person. Air conditioning (hot/cold) is also available. There is a bathroom with a bath and washing machine and a separate toilet.
The accommodation is located close to the sea. In the area there are also shops and supermarkets, a pharmacy, the post office, a bank, a church, restaurants and bars. The town centre is about 600/700 metres away. A free shuttle service to the medieval town is also available in the immediate vicinity.
Interesting destinations nearby include Nice, Monte Carlo, Cannes and Antibes.
There is a communal swimming pool in the residence. Use of the pool is included in the rent, as is a numbered parking space in the underground garage. There is a ramp that facilitates access to the house for families with pushchairs or elderly persons.
