Come and discover this charming town, the former port city of La Ciotat, situated on the Mediterranean coast at the gateway to the Calanques National Park!
To ensure your getaway is all about comfort and relaxation, we invite you to stay in this beautiful 52 m² flat, which can accommodate up to 4 people, right in the heart of the historic town centre, just 50 metres from the harbour and all local amenities.
You’ll have a bright living room with a sitting area and dining area, a kitchen opening onto the dining area, two bedrooms and a shower room. Bed linen and towels provided.
Wi-Fi. Cot. The flat: Located on the second floor of a period building in the historic town centre on a pedestrianised street. The building is currently undergoing renovation; see details below. Living area: - A beautiful, light-filled living room with a sitting area featuring a double sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table and a TV, as well as a dining area with a dining table that seats up to 6 guests. - A kitchen opening onto the dining area, fully equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and storage space. - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed. The bedrooms do not have windows. - Bathroom: a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Neighbourhood: The property is situated in the historic town centre of La Ciotat, close to the old harbour and all local amenities: bakery, butcher’s, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars and the market. Nearby: - La Ciotat harbour, 50 m away (1-minute walk). - La Ciotat Tourist Office and coach station, 200 m away (3-minute walk). - Mugel Park, 1.5 km away (20 minutes’ walk). - Lumière Beach and Grande Plage, 1.5 km away (20 minutes’ walk). - Cassis, 14.5 km away (24 minutes’ drive). - Bandol, 28 km away (27 minutes’ drive). - OK Corral theme park, 22 km away (30 minutes’ drive). - Calanques National Park, 32 km away (54 minutes’ drive). - Marseille, 36 km away (38 minutes’ drive). Things to do: This 4-star seaside resort, serving as the gateway to the Calanques National Park, is the birthplace of both cinema and pétanque. Come and discover the many activities this charming town has to offer: head to the harbour market to stock up on fresh, local produce, then take a dip in the crystal-clear waters of the famous Côte d’Azur, try your hand at various water sports and take a short break at the stunning Calanques of Figuerolles or on Île Verte.
At the end of the day, take a stroll through the Mugel Botanical Gardens, where you’ll be amazed by the beauty and diversity of the plants, then head to the main square to enjoy an open-air cinema screening.
Finally, a gentle route suitable for everyone takes you from the residence to the station or the beach in just a few minutes along a very pleasant footpath and cycle path. - Events: a 9-day boat show every year, shows and concerts at the Théâtre de la Chaudronnerie, 500 m away... Transport: - Ciotatbus network – routes serving the centre of La Ciotat and Ceyreste. - La Ciotat railway station is 4.8 km away (11 mins by car). - Marseille Airport is 59 km away (55 mins by car) and Toulon Airport is 64 km away (59 mins by car). Other notes: - Paid public car park nearby. - Cot available on request. - Facilities include: air conditioning, an iron, a clothes horse and hangers. - Wi-Fi and fibre-optic broadband - Bed linen and towels provided. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Important information regarding the residence: Renovation work on the communal areas of the residence is scheduled to begin in November 2026. Pending the start of the works, safety supports have been installed in the communal areas to secure the building. Access to the flat remains unaffected and it remains fully accessible.

La proximité du vieux port,de la rue principale,de l'arrêt de bus,des commerces,grand appartement très calme,2 chambres,la climatisation très très appréciable
Les escaliers scabreux... appartement situé au 2 ème étage sans main courante (pas facile en ayant des problèmes de genoux),salle de bains très très petite, petite douche et assez haute

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce paisible appartement. Le propriétaire est très réactif et à l’écoute.
De nombreux équipements sont présents ( grille pain, climatiseur, télévision, four, lisseur, fer a repasser, …). .
Il est à proximité du port de la ciotat permettant un vrai confort lors des sorties.
Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir et je recommande!
