Cocoonr is offering this charming, contemporary house of 107 m² for rent in Sarzeau, in the Penvins neighbourhood, which can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a beautiful, light-filled living area with a lounge, dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden with a large south-facing wooden terrace.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. All rooms in the house are on one level. The accommodation comprises the following: - A lovely living area comprising a lounge, dining area and open-plan kitchen - A fully equipped kitchen including: a dishwasher, induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle and an L'Or Barista coffee machine - A bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160x200) - A bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double washbasins - A bedroom with four single beds: a bunk bed (sleeps 2), a pull-out bed located under the bunk bed and a single bed - A second bathroom with a bath and double washbasins - A separate toilet Outside: - An unfenced garden with outdoor furniture, a parasol, sun loungers and a barbecue - A large south-facing wooden terrace The house is ideally situated in Sarzeau, in the Penvins neighbourhood, close to the beaches. - You’ll be about 1.2 km from the nearest sandy beach and less than 2 km from Penvins beach.
You’ll also find essential shops and several restaurants about 800 m away. - Nearby, Celt’Aventure park, situated about 500 m away, offers a range of activities for all ages. Transport: If you’re coming by car, you can park in the property’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Vannes, 23 km away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, approximately 110 km away On arrival, you’ll be able to check in independently using a secure key box.
