Come and enjoy the sea and sunshine in Brittany in this pretty, cosy, brand-new house! Its location in Sarzeau (Penvins district) is ideal for exploring the region.
The house is 1.2 km from the first sandy beach and less than 2 km from the famous Penvins fine sand beach.
Ideal for swimming, walking and sailing (with its large base offering a wide range of water sports).
The house is located 23 km from Vannes, 8 km from Sarzeau and 20 km from the port of Crouesty on the Rhuys peninsula.
This pretty new 107 m² wooden house, located in the commune of Sarzeau at Penvins in the Gulf of Morbihan, is close to the beaches and the small tourist resort of Penvins, and will appeal to you with its contemporary style.
With its large south-facing windows, it's a peaceful, light-filled home where you can relax and unwind.
This is the ideal house for your stay with friends or family by the sea! On one level, this house has a light-filled living room with a very pleasant lounge that can accommodate up to 8 guests, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, double Nespresso coffee machine, etc.).
You will also appreciate the high ceilings in this living room.
The house has a total of 3 bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms with queen-size beds, one of which has a master bathroom with walk-in shower and double basins.
The third bedroom has bunk beds and 4 single beds (ideal for children or teenagers).
There is also a second bathroom with bath, double washbasin and separate WC.
An enclosed garden (with outdoor furniture, parasol, deckchair and barbecue) and a large south-facing wooden terrace let you make the most of the Breton sunshine! This pretty house is decorated with care and is the ideal place for your holidays.

A large supermarket less than 10 km away, open 7 days a week at the height of the season (you'll find a delicatessen, a butcher's and a fishmonger's).
A mini-market, a baker's, a tobacconist's and a few restaurants can be found in the small centre of Penvins, 800 m from the house.
The Celt' aventure park for fans of tree climbing, escape games and electric scooters is just 500 metres away and makes for a great family afternoon out! Nature lovers will love the coastal paths, beaches and many activities on offer in this beautiful region! Flexible welcome for your comfort: You have the option of being met in person by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, or of arriving on your own.
If you choose to arrive on your own, please note that the keys are kept in a secure area with a code.

nous avons apprécié sa situation au calme avec la possibilité de se garer facilement.
je devrai pouvoir amener mon bateau sur remorque la prochaine fois.
nous avons aussi apprécié d'avoir quelqu'un qui nous acceuille pour nous remettre les clés et nous expliquer les bases de cette maison.
la porte d'entrée est un peu délicate à ouvrir et à fermer

Belle maison impeccable et dans un quartier très calme.
Le plus les draps sont fournis ainsi que les serviettes de toilette. Les lits sont faits à notre arrivée. Accueil bien agréable avec une souplesse dans les horaires aussi bien à l'arrivée qu'au départ.
je recommande cette maison ou il fait bon vivre.
