⭐ Discover our atypical little house located rue des 3 Ponts in Saint-Égrève. 🏔 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **✓ Your accommodation:** 🏢 Located in a street parallel to the tram, in a quiet residential area, the accommodation consists of : - a central room; - a fully equipped kitchen; - a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC; - a nice terrace of about 20m². 🛌 The flat has a sleeping area: a sofa bed in the living room. ⭐ Travel in comfort with the facilities in the flat, such as a TV, free wifi connection, kitchen facilities, plenty of storage space, washing machine, fan, air conditioning, bed linen and towels for 2 people on arrival. 🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly".
After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card.
This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat.
Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account.
Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund.

The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity). 🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00.

Très joli et bien équipé
L´appartement est petit mais il y a tout ce qu´il faut. Propre et bien rangé, tranquille mais proche au tram pour aller à Grenoble.
Super service pour check-in et chck-out, simple et en autonomie.
Le seul "moin": il est assez petit, donc cher pour les dimensions.
Logement pratique pour quelques jours à Grenoble. Il ne faut pas chercher le luxe d un appartemen...
