Find relaxation in this extremely quietly located vacation home near the dunes, the beach and in the heart of the "Bollenstreek". This modern and comfortable vacation home is located in a cozy vacation park near Noordwijkerhout, about 26 km southwest of Amsterdam. You will find in this comfortable and modern furnished bungalow everything for a nice vacation for up to six people, ideal also for families. A fenced, spacious garden offers plenty of privacy. In the vacation park itself, the plots are nice and spacious and there are several amenities, such as tennis courts, a table tennis table, a basketball court, two cozy restaurants (Mama & Como & Co) and various play facilities for the little ones. There is also a bicycle rental in the park, so you can easily discover the surrounding area. In the lake directly adjacent to the vacation park, the Oosterduinse Sea with swimming beach you can swim and by bike (or car) you are at the beach in a few minutes. 2 golf courses, a gliding airport and a riding stable are also within cycling distance. Noordwijkerhout is a cozy village where life takes place around the "Witte Kerk" and cozy restaurants and stores surround the church. In the nearby seaside resort of Noordwijk you will find numerous beach pavilions and plenty of entertainment. In spring, of course, the colorful blooming tulip fields are an additional attraction - the world-famous Keukenhof is also located within cycling distance of your vacation home. Nearby cities such as Haarlem, Amsterdam, Leiden and The Hague are also within easy reach and invite you to explore further. Attention: The house may only be rented for tourist purposes and will not be rented to groups of young people under the age of 25.




Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. You will be billed for this separately and must be paid before arrival.

Important payment information and other conditions
Please note that most countries and / or territories have COVID-19 measures in place. We recommend that you take this into account when booking your vacation home, as a change in restrictions may not be a valid reason to cancel the booking free of charge. A deposit 30% of the tour price is due at the time of booking, the balance is due 30 days before arrival. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax is obligatory to pay after booking. A deposit of 200 EUR is payable before arrival.

Description of the accommodation
This bright and modern holiday home is 90 square meters over 2 floors and has 3 spacious bedrooms for up to six people. The bungalow is flooded with light, offers plenty of space and appears very spacious thanks to the half-open roof. The comfortable living room has a cozy open fireplace and the modern open plan kitchen is very well equipped with all amenities and appliances. From the living room you can reach the bedroom on the ground floor with a comfortable sofa bed (1.60 m). There is also a desk and the room also proves to be an ideal place to retreat to. An open staircase takes you to the upper floor, where children will find a play area with a small table on the gallery. From there you can access the 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (with a 1.80m wide bed) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. You have wireless, extremely stable internet throughout the apartment. Both the dining area and the hallway lead to the garden, the terrace of which encloses the house in an L-shape. Here you will find sun all day long, you can eat outside at the large teak table or make yourself comfortable in the deck chairs. A large gas grill invites you to cozy barbecue evenings. A security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid before arrival.
