Nestled in the heart of the Estérel hills in Théoule-sur-Mer, this elegant 4-bedroom villa welcomes up to 8 guests in an exceptional setting overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
Facing east-southeast, the villa enjoys outstanding natural light from the early morning hours.
Wake up to spectacular sunrises over the Mediterranean, enjoy sunshine throughout the morning, and benefit from cooler, more comfortable evenings during the summer. Spread across four levels, the villa offers generous indoor and outdoor living spaces designed for relaxing holidays with family or friends. Level 1 – Ground Floor Private enclosed garage (1 parking space) Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities Level 2 – Sleeping Area Bedroom 1 Double bed Air conditioning TV En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet Sea view Bedroom 2 Double bed Air conditioning TV En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet Sea view Bedroom 3 Double bed Air conditioning TV Private sea-view balcony Open bathroom with natural stone shower Bedroom 4 Two single beds TV Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 have direct access to a large shared terrace.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 also enjoy beautiful sea views. A separate toilet is also available on this level. Level 3 – Living Area Accessed via a few steps carved into the natural Estérel rock, this floor features: A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware and kitchen utensils) Dining area seating up to 8 guests Comfortable living room with flat-screen TV Large sliding windows flood the living space with natural light while opening onto a spacious terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Level 4 – Rooftop & Private Pool The top floor is entirely dedicated to relaxation: Private swimming pool (4 × 2 m / 13 × 6.5 ft, maximum depth 1.75 m / 5.7 ft) overlooking the Mediterranean Spacious rooftop solarium Outdoor lounge areas perfect for relaxing, dining or simply admiring the panoramic scenery This is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast at sunrise, cool off in the pool or share an evening drink while taking in the spectacular views over the sea and the Estérel mountains. Whether you wish to explore the Estérel hiking trails, discover the nearby beaches of Théoule-sur-Mer or simply unwind by the pool, this villa offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay on the French Riviera. Access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all terraces, the rooftop, the private swimming pool and the garage. Only three locked cupboards remain unavailable as they are reserved for the owner's personal belongings. Interaction Our BONNAUD ESTATES team will remain available throughout your stay. To ensure a smooth arrival and departure, please provide your expected check-in and check-out times at least 24 hours in advance. A member of our team will personally welcome you at check-in, hand over the keys, introduce you to the villa and answer any questions you may have. A team member will also meet you for check-out. We remain available by phone or text message throughout your stay should you need any assistance. Nearby, you'll enjoy: Beautiful sandy beaches and secluded coves The famous Estérel red rock coastline Théoule-sur-Mer marina Seafront restaurants Water sports and boat excursions Outstanding hiking trails with breathtaking sea and mountain views The villa enjoys a privileged location along the famous Corniche d'Or coastal road, providing easy access to Cannes, Mandelieu-La Napoule and Saint-Raphaël. A private enclosed garage and an additional parking space are available on site. Notes The villa features several staircases and is unfortunately not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The property is located along the scenic Corniche d'Or, one of the French Riviera's most famous coastal roads. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please let us know your expected arrival and departure times at least 24 hours before your stay so that we can organize your welcome in the best possible conditions.
