Our comfortably furnished 55sqm holiday flat is located on the outskirts of the horse town of Warendorf on a farm.
Places of interest: Local recreation area Emsseepark, state stud farm in the immediate vicinity. Situated directly on the Emsauenradweg, Schlösserroute and the R1 cycle route. The market square of Warendorf with its beautiful shops is 2 km away.

Description of the accommodation
Our comfortably furnished 55sqm holiday flat is located on the outskirts of the horse town of Warendorf on a farm.
The flat is at ground level and barrier-free. It has a bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres. In the living-dining room you will find a kitchenette, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, a barrier-free shower and a hairdryer. Further advantages of the newly renovated holiday flat are the furnished terrace, fly screens, electric shutters and iron.
