La Galerie is located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, just 100m from the Hôtel de Ville metro stop, in a lively neighborhood. This magnificent architect-designed apartment will seduce you with its location, quality amenities and spaciousness.

Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

On the second floor of a beautiful old building without elevator, the apartment features a large living room tastefully decorated and furnished, with a fully equipped open kitchen.

The combination of exposed stone, beams and steel makes "La Galerie" a unique place to spend your next Lyon vacation.

The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, each with independent access via magnificent steel staircases.

Each room has its own bathroom, plenty of storage space and a TV.
If you love art, you're in for a treat. The artist Nicolas Perrot has expressed himself through several paintings in the apartment, giving a very artistic atmosphere to the place.

Other remarks:
- La Galerie is managed by Cocoonr Lyon and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, its operation and hand over the keys.
- Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided, and beds are made on arrival.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.

To get your stay off to a good start, we're offering you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
