Comfortable, modern furnished apartment in quiet neighborhood
The apartment is located in the western part of Sibenik, only 3-4 minutes from the exit of the Adriatic highway. It offers a perfect base for enjoying the old town of Sibenik, the fortress, the city beach, aquapark, trail for mountain bike, walking trail along the sea and the Krka waterfalls.
In the communal garden area guests can use the grill, table and benches. There is free private parking in front of the house.
The comfortable apartment for four persons (1 double bed, 1 pull out sofa bed) offers all the necessary equipment, parking, terrace.
The Apartment is about 60 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a aircon, a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a double bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet.
It is 15-20 min. walking, or 4 min by car, to the old town center. 8 min. walking from apartment, there is public bike sharing system as a solid base for economical and eco-friendly sustainable mobility

- 5 min by car to Solaris' resort ( sand beach, pebble beach,aqua park )
