This modern studio has a large living room with a foldaway double bed and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, and a shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Outside - Private south-facing 32 m² terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. - Private south-facing 200 m² garden. - Summer kitchen.
