Lift access. All on the Third Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: 32" Freeview Smart TV, DVD Player Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Fridge Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet.
Electric central heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other apartments).
Parking permit at nearby car park for 1 car, 10 minutes’ walk.
