In the historic heart of Paimpol, 40 m from the port and its unique atmosphere, you will be charmed by this flat on the first floor of a beautiful 18th century building.
The south/west-facing flat, located on the famous Place du Martray, was refurbished in 2018. It comprises a large, bright living room with a lounge and dining area.
You'll love the peace and quiet of this flat when you've finished your iodine escapades, invigorating swims or sea walks.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement était idéalement situé au cœur de Paimpol, proche des commerces et parking gratuit.
Magnifique marché le mardi matin au pied de l'appartement, très bonne accueil et facilité d'accès.

Bon accueil simple de la personne en charge de l’appartement. Apparemment bien situé, propre et agréable.
Par contre, sommier pas très confortable, planche des wc se démonte, et ustensiles de cuisine au strict minimum nécessaire. Toasteur HS.

J'ai aimé : au 1er niveau, la pièce de vie bien aménagé, la vue agréable sur une jolie place, la proximité des commerces et du port.
Je n'ai pas aimé : le lave-vaisselle en panne, le manque de téléviseur dans la pièce de vie et au niveau bas, l'ordinateur servant de téléviseur à côté du lit, la vue de la chambre sur un toit sale, l'accès au niveau bas par 4 marches hautes sans rampe.
