From the property you can reach the town center in 1 km and the two beaches that surround it: "la Rossa" and that of "Pianotta"; without forgetting the Reale beach and the Terranera lake about 2 km away.

The property has a beautiful furnished garden.
Services inside the apartment: - refrigerator with freezer; electric oven; gas cooker; washing machine; dishwasher; lcd TV; air conditioner and heat pump in double bedroom; heating, if necessary, for a fee Services outside the apartment: - covered and uncovered parking spaces; garden furniture; barbecue; kennel Important notes: - no groups of children under 25 years of age - check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out before 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a surcharge of € 50,00 must be paid - small/medium-sized pets allowed with a cleaning fee of € 30,00 - as in all our properties it is forbidden to smoke inside them - deposit (mandatory): 500 euro; refunded at the end of stay after viewing the condition of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be refunded before 15.00) - bed linen and towels: 20,00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot - use of heating: 10,00 € per sq m

Die Lage und das das Haus umzäunt war.
Die Airconditioning im Schlafzimmer.
Sehr guter Kontakt zur Vermittlung des Hauses. Haben schnell reagiert und bei Problemen helfen.
Die Moskitonetze in den Fenstern waren kaputt. Und nur teilweise vorhanden. Das Grundstück zum Nachbar ist mit einem Zaun getrennt. Die Nachbar Familie hat einen sehr großen Hund, der als Wachhund ausgebildet ist und sehr laut und dominant sein Gebiet verteidigt. Was völlig in Ordnung ist, wenn man es vorher weiß.
Wir hatten Probleme mit Ameisen trotz regelmäßiger und ständiger Müllentsorgung.

La posizione e molto buona e la villa è veramente bella con un ottimo potenziale!
Purtroppo non posso passare sopra a quanto accaduto, nonostante l'agenzia sia stata veloce e disponibile nel risolvere il problema. La villa è molto bella e ottimale come posizione, ma una nota dolente riguarda l'igiene e la pulizia insieme alla scarsa manutenzione generale.
