Rügen: Germany's largest island, with an area of around 900 square kilometres and 575 km of coastline, offers its holiday guests one of the most charming and varied natural landscapes with cliffs, fine sandy beaches, ancient avenues and much more. Rügen is an island for every season, whether in spring with the blossoming rape fields, in summer for a beach holiday in the seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe, Göhren or for extended hikes in the autumnal nature or in winter for the natural spectacle of the frozen Baltic Sea and Bodden waters. The unique beauty of the island of Rügen with its unspoilt nature forms the basis for a relaxing and eventful holiday. The Lancken-Granitz apartment complex is in an idyllic location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with direct access to various cycling and hiking trails on Rügen. It is therefore the perfect starting point for cycling tours, hikes, walks and exploring the island.
The large garden offers plenty of space to relax, unwind and play. The garden includes terraces with seating areas, beach chairs, parasols and deckchairs. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the natural surroundings from the garden. There is also a barbecue area in the garden. The children's playground for our younger guests is equipped with a swing, a playhouse, a slide and a sandpit. There are also free outdoor games such as badminton, volleyball and football. Car parking spaces are located directly in front of the house and are free of charge for our guests. There is a smoking pavilion in the front garden for all smokers.
3-room maisonette flat for 2 to 5 people on the upper floor (approx. 70 square metres of living space)
The 3-room maisonette has two bedrooms with king-size box-spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a living room with sofa set (sofa bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m), an integrated fitted kitchen, a dining area and two shower rooms. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area is integrated into the large living room. From here you have access to the balcony with a wonderful view of the natural surroundings. The holiday flat is equipped with free WiFi and smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Our cosy holiday flats are furnished with great attention to detail and individually designed. The furnishings are the same in all 3-room flats. All flats were renovated in 2019/20 and are modernly furnished. Smoking is generally not permitted in our holiday flats. As the apartment complex is located in the middle of nature, it is the ideal place to relax and unwind.
Lancken-Granitz is a small village near the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe and Göhren. The state-recognised resort is located in the heart of the south-east Rügen biosphere reserve between the Granitz mountain range and the Neuensiener See nature reserve. The small community of 400 people has grown up around a Gothic brick church dating back to the 15th century. The megalithic tombs from the Neolithic period are a tourist attraction. Lake Neuensien is approx. 400 metres from the accommodation and can be reached on foot. The traditional fishing village of Seedorf can be reached after a leisurely stroll along the lake. There is a bus stop on route 20 in Lancken-Granitz, which also stops in Zirkow, Sellin, Baabe, Middelhagen, Gager and Thiessow. Various shopping facilities can be found in Sellin, about 5 minutes away. Our apartment complex is perfect for families with children, those seeking relaxation as well as sports enthusiasts and explorers.
