Comfortable and bright two-room apartment situated in an elegant district just outside the historic center of Bologna, a short distance from the Central Station.
This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with every comfort, just as if you were at home: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning, heating, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Ideal for families, friends or for a romantic getaway to discover one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Cot for babies upon request and payment. Cozy and bright apartment, situated on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area and kitchen with hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster are also provided.
The bedroom has a queen bed and wardrobe and the bathroom has a shower.
Further services available to guests: WIFI, heating, A / C, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 -6/10/2022). Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce logement près de la gare. Les équipements présents correspondent à la description. Seule petite critique concernant le matelas de la chambre qui mériterait d’être remplacé pour un plus confortable.
Nous reviendrons tout de même avec plaisir!

The place was nice but the door was really hard to open and the air conditioning was hard to understand. We also didn’t have a lot of trash to put our garbages. But other than that the rest was really ok.

Logement très bien situé, parfait pour explorer Bologne à pied. L’endroit était propre et confortable. Petit bémol au niveau de la communication — j’ai posé une question pendant le séjour sans réponse — mais sinon tout s’est bien déroulé. Merci!
