Bright and cosy flat for 2 people in the city center of Udine, a short distance from the main points of interest (a 10 minute walk from Castello di Udine, a 8 minute walk from via Mercatovecchio and Piazza della Libertà and a 2 minute walk from Teatro S. Giorgio).
The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen area with dining area and a patio with tables and chairs, perfect to enjoy meals outdoors.
Equipped with the main comforts, this flat is the ideal starting point to discover Udine!
The 47 sqm apartment is located on ground floor of a building without elevator.
Please note: There's a step at the entrance and in the terrace.
Small pets are allowed.
The space is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN AREA with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, moka, electric boiler, kitchenware and dining area;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and TV;
- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet and shower box;
- STORAGE ROOM;
- LITTLE PATIO with two little tables and chairs.
Additional facilities available for guests: free wifi, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Waste sorting and disposal are MANDATORY and are the responsibility of guests.
Any failure to comply may result in additional charges at check-out. WARNING: - If waste is not correctly sorted and disposed of at the designated times and locations, in accordance with the instructions provided at check-in, a penalty of €50.00 will be charged. Our keyholder will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange the check-in, hand over the keys and show you the apartment.
We will provide you with useful tips that will make your stay in Udine even more interesting and safe.
For any unexpected events or questions we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail. IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law. We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost: - 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00. Gothic and Renaissance style buildings, beautiful medieval squares and many monuments: Udine, the East Gate, is a city rich in history and able to captivate everyone with its immense charm.
Today, it is an elegant and refined urban center, a city that has undergone many changes, but always preserving the beauty of the most important buildings of great historical and cultural value. Main attractions: - Casa Cavazzini (museum of modern and contemporary art): 7 minutes on foot; - Piazza della Libertà: 8 minutes on foot; - Via Mercatovecchio (shopping street): 8 minutes on foot; - Udine Castle: 10 minutes on foot; - Duomo: 10 minutes on foot; - Teatro San Giorgio: 2 minutes on foot; - Friuli Cormor Botanical Park: 15 minutes by public transport. - Caffè Centrale (bar): 4 minutes on foot; - Antica Osteria Al Fagiano (restaurant): 2 minutes on foot; - Despar Muratti (grocery store): 8 minutes on foot; - Farmacia Alla Salute: 9 minutes on foot. - From Venice Airport, the most convenient way of reaching the apartment is by taxi / car (117km - 1 hour and 20). - From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Udine station, from which it is possible to continue on foot or by bus to the apartment. - From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to several buses (5/6/9/11) with stop "UDINE via Marco Volpe 7", a 2-minute walk from the property. - If you are traveling by car, in order to get to Udine, you can take A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio motorway from Venice or Trieste; from here the roads to get to Udine are SS13, SS54 and SS56. The area is limited, by municipal ordinance, to EURO 0, EURO 1, EURO 2 and EURO 3 diesel vehicles from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm every day, while there are no restrictions for machines from EURO 4 and up. You can leave your car, for a fee, in the parking space delimited by blue stripes in the street (NOT guaranteed), or in the following parkings: - Andreuzzi Parking, in 4 Andreuzzi street: a 2 minute walk from the flat; - Moretti Parking, in 4 Moretti street: a 8 minute walk; - Magrini Parking, in 3 Magrini street: a 9 minute walk. You can leave your bike in the outdoor court.

5 minutes slow walk to the centre, spotlessly clean, very comfy bed, kitchenette has really everything you need, underground parking 2 minutes by car, 5 minutes walk. Very kind and helpful host 👍

Appartamento perfetto per due persone, nuovo e pulito. Posizione perfetta, subito fuori il centro storico e situato in una zona tranquilla. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile. Ottima esperienza.

il patio, la wi-fi e la posizione in pieno centro
prezzo troppo alto, pagato 400€ per due notti, mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio, c'era una puzza di umidità e ha lasciato solo una cialda per il caffè quando gli ospiti erano due; abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz'ora affinché arrivasse qualcuno
