The position of the house is ideal for visiting the city, it is immersed in the magic of the "squares", and is a stone's throw from the Scrovegni Chapel, the Palazzo Bo, the Palazzo della Ragione, the Duomo and is just a 15-minute walk from the Basilica of Sant'Antonio . Staying with us, you don't need a car or public transport! Nice 35 sq.mt studio apartment is located on the third floor of an elegant building with a lift (but it is not suitable for the disabled) and Concierge. Internally the accommodation consists of: BEDROOM: equipped with a queen bed KITCHEN: open-plan kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, electric kettle and kitchen utensils. BATHROOM: with shower and bidet. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Smart TV, unlimited pocket WIFI, air conditioning (1 central hot and cold convector), central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Cot rental for a fee - 20 euros per stay Child seat rental on request for a fee - 15 euros per stay The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law. It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm. If required, check-in can be done directly in the apartment, with a supplement of EUR 15.00, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in must be done online as well as the payment of the tourist tax, before your arrival, equal to EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 5 nights only, as required by the municipality of Padua. L''absence d'accueil humain
L'odeur infecte du logement .,(entre urine et vieille moquette bien qu'il n'y en ait pas) nous avons dû laisser les fenêtres ouvertes jour et nuit.
Les placards sont encombrés de matériels divers, limitant le rangement de nos affaires.
Pas d éclairage de chevet sur un c...

Posizione centrale davvero ottima per raggiungere tutti i punti principali della città a piedi.
La televisione è troppo piccola e il cavo dell'antenna è in condizioni precarie. Ciò impedisce la corretta ricezione di alcuni canali. Ci sono poi prese di corrente rotte o molto male attaccate al muro.

La posizione
Risposte alle nostre richieste con grandissima lentezza, quindi una sera siamo rimasti al freddo perché non ci è stato risposto in merito al riscaldamento. Abbiamo chiesto un cuscino in più perché avevo problemi a dormire con uno e ci hanno detto che non avevano mai ricevuto una richiesta così d si sarebbero adoperati, non l’hanno portato.
Pulizia molto dubbia.
