Cozy and characteristic 30 sqm attic apartment, ideal for 2 people, located on the 4th floor (NO lift) of an ancient building in good condition.
The property is located in a lively district, full of services and well served by public transport, ideal for visiting the city, but at the same time staying away from the chaos of the historic center.
The apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a terrace with table and chairs for relaxing or dining outdoors. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wi-fi, air conditioning (split in the living area), heating with heat pumps, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer and insect screens. Baby cot available on request. FURTHER INFORMATION: there are internal steps to access the kitchenette and to access the terrace. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is a self-catering holiday rental designed to offer guests maximum independence during their stay.
Please note that consumable personal care and grocery items (such as olive oil, salt, shampoo, and shower gel) are not routinely supplied and can be conveniently purchased at the nearby supermarkets and local shops. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents and to pay the tourist tax via our Guest Portal. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point. PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment. Appartement très mignon sous les toits et jolie vue de la terrasse. Attention c'est un dernier étage avec escaliers. Pas de lave linge comme indiqué dans les commentaires. Pas de four pour cuisiner ni de four à micro ondes. L'appartement nous a cependant totalement convenu.

Everything was great other than I specially chose this property as it listed washing machine and I confirmed with the host the day of and the assured me there was one and there is not so do not go expecting a washing machineAnd when I messaged to say there was not one I never got a response Other than that everything was great
