Bright apartment of 70sqm, perfect fr 6 people, located on the second floor without lift of a building just 20 meters from the beach of Giardini di Naxos! The apartment is only 3 km from Taormina and Isola Bella, true Sicilian gems! ***Airport shuttle service from/to Catania Airport available upon request*** CIR: 19083032C245849 CIN: IT083032C2TYL4PUDP The inside is organized as follows: - THREE BEDROOMS WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOMS: three bedrooms with double beds, split A/C with heat pumps and en-suite bathrooms with bidet and shower! One of them has an 8sqm balcony equipped with chairs and a small table.
Bed linen and towels included for each guest. - LIVING ROOM: a relaxation area with a kitchen. - KITCHEN: equipped with a 4-burner stove, a fridge, a traditional oven and a microwave.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, three 20" Led TV, fan, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE: - The upstairs terrace is not available. - The apartment does NOT have a washing machine.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Giardini Naxos.). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Giardini Naxos Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd. At this property, keys are stored in a safety deposit box. Further information will be provided upon booking.
Please note: Completing registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment.
Please note that assistance with any issues related to automated check-in is available (remotely) until 11:00 PM. Giardini Naxos is located in a small protected bay a few kilometers from Taormina.
The town is full of monuments of interest, but its beaches are the main protagonists.
The best beach in the area is undoubtedly the wide beach of Recanati, where it is possible to find both lidos and free beaches.
Much loved by families for its slightly sloping seabed, Recanati beach is also frequented by those looking for discos and clubs, numerous in this area.
Taormina is only a few km from the property (easily reachable by car). Do not miss the opportunity to visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater), the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater), as well as the Cathedral and the Castle.
The beaches adjacent to Isola Bella, the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto and the town of Giardini di Naxos itself are unmissable destinations during your stay. - From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Giardini Naxos thanks to the direct shuttle service provided by Etna Trasporti.
The journey takes about 1h15 and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus. Buses stop at Taormina/Giardini Naxos station.
Please check the timetables on the Interbus / Etna Trasporti website. - From Taormina/Giardini Naxos station, it is possible to reach the apartment in 6 minutes on foot. - If you are traveling by car, free street parking (NOT bookable and NOT guaranteed) is available near the property.
Otherwise, it is possible to park at Taormina-Giardini Station car park (400m away), EUR 8 per day.

Ottima posizione molto vicina a Taormina, appartamento molto spazioso e comodo.
L'aria condizionata funzionava bene e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.

I think you get what you pay for. The host was communicative enough. I do like that you don't have to do 1000 things before you check out for the cleaning portion. It was rather dusty ... I could see dust balls on the floor especially near and under the bed. There is a smoker in this complex that sm...
