Typical vintage flat with terrace (overlooking the Julian Alps!) That can accommodate up to 6 people, located in a quiet area with common garden a stone's throw from the center of Tarvisio.
Thanks to its strategic position, from the apartment you can reach ski slopes on foot (for cross country and downhill sking) with rental service and ticket offices, the Ciclovia Alpe Adria and bike rental, and some of the main valley trail (such as Orrido dello Slizza, Alpe Adria Trail, Sentieri Kugy, ecc). The 74 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a lift.
You will need to climb the stairs to reach the attic. ATTENTION: The garden is shared, while the attic (with drying rack) is shared. At the moment it is not possible to access the garages by car (due to works) but it is possible to use them as a deposit for bikes and ski equipment. The internal space is divided as follows: - KITCHEN with gas hob, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, freezer, moka and kitchen utensils; - LIVING ROOM with dining area, sofa bed and smart TV; - BEDROOM with double bed, bunk bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, bathtub with shower and washing machine; - 2 STORAGE ROOMS; - 6sqm TERRACE with table and chairs; - SHARED ATTIC with drying rack; - GARAGE usable ONLY as a storage room for bikes and ski equipment.
It's possible to leave your vehicle for free in the private garage of the adjacent structure (20 meters away) in the parking space (36 sqm, 2.45x5.45m, only one car fits). Additional services available to guests: pocket wifi of 100 gigabytes per month, central heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law. We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost: - 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00. The flat is just a 100 m away from the ski lift, directly reachable from a footpath accessible from the back door of the garage. Since the terrace overlooks the Julian Alps, you can admire the Mangart mountain chain, the Picco di Mezzodì peak and the Carnic Alps. Also, the great position of the terrace allows you to enjoy the annual fireworks display organized by the Municipality on the occasion of the New Year's Eve. Tarvisio is a popular tourist destination throughout the year: in the hot months for cultural and naturalistic wealth, in the cold months for attractions related to winter sports. All around the center of Tarvisio, the municipal territory is dotted with charming villages and unmissable naturalistic itineraries. Thanks to its particular position close to the border, it is a crossroads of languages and cultures where Italy, Slovenia and Austria meet.
The excellent cuisine includes Friulian, Carinthian and Slovenian specialties. Tarvisio is also a destination for many pilgrims thanks to the suggestive Sanctuary of the Madonna del Lussari, a place where tradition recounts an apparition of the Madonna. S'il existe au moins une bonne raison, ce serait pour la vue incroyable depuis les balcons sur les montagnes. Et tout le reste est à la hauteur, l'accueil d'Aurora, l'aménagement intérieur, la situation toute proche du centre et des restaurants. C'est magnifique.

Uvítala bych mikrovlnou troubu, jinak bylo vybavení naprosto dostačující až na to, že některé kousky (především patrová postel a pohovky) už mají nejlepší léta za sebou..
