Bright and welcoming 45sqm apartment with private parking, overlooking the lagoon and located on the second floor (without elevator) of a residential building of an holiday context.
Just 6 minutes walk from the apartment there are a long-beach equipped with bar and beach-umbrellas, ideal to have a walk and relaxing, and the Aquatic park, with swimming pool and water slides.
In the center (1 km) you will find many restaurants, gelaterias, clubs. The apartment is organized as follows: -BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables. -LIVING/ SPLEEPING AREA: large sofa-bed, split A / C, TV, chest of drawers, direct balcony access, dining table. - KITCHEN: stove, minibar, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, barbeque, kitchen utensils. - BALCONY: equipped with outdoor table and chairs BATHROOM: shower, bidet, toilet. OTHER AMENITIES: private parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pump, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE Waste sorting and disposal are MANDATORY and are the responsibility of guests.
Any failure to comply may result in additional charges at check-out. WARNING: - If waste is not correctly sorted and disposed of at the designated times and locations, in accordance with the instructions provided at check-in, a penalty of €50.00 will be charged. CITY TAX. The tourist tax will be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, characterized by the presence of many holiday homes.
It is located halfway between the lagoon and the sea, in an excellent position to fully enjoy both the environments, the panoramas and the typical activities of each.
In the area you will find all the main services, including: supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, petrol stations.
The historic center of Grado, with its pedestrian area, its restaurants, cafes and clubs is only one kilometer away. - From Venice "Marco Polo" airport: about 1h30min by car. - From Friuli airport: about 25/30 minutes by car. Our keyholder will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange the check-in, hand over the keys and show you the apartment.
We will provide you with useful tips that will make your stay in Udine even more interesting and safe.
For any unexpected events or questions we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail. IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, es gab ein Schlafzimmer und eine gemütliche Couch im Wohnzimmer. Der Schlüssel war in einem Tresor hinterlegt. Bei Fragen haben wir die Besitzerin per Whatsapp kontaktiert und immer eine schnelle Antwort erhalten.
Es gab keine Geschirrtücher. Sonst war alles vorhanden!

Located close to beach and can find different shops around easily. The apartment is well equipped, the washing machine was very useful for us. Having breakfast and night drink in that terrace is memorable.
We were not in peace with that tiny bathroom. The sink was leaking and floor was wet all the time, feeling untidy and disgusting. The shower cabin was too tiny and small, not proper for sea side living mainly with small kids.
